I am so grateful that Joe brought "Working Genius" to our school's Board of Directors. Not only is "The 6 Types of Working Genius" an absolutely genius assessment, but Joe's presentation of our Results and Team Map has definitely affected the way we do our work! We now have a much better picture of the stage of work each project is in, as well as the gifts (and frustrations) each Board member brings to the process. I would highly recommend this for any staff or leadership team!
